The Syerson Project

The Syerson Project, located in Albright Shores on Wixom Lake, started with a retaining wall that was on the brink of collapsing and a raised patio that had sunk and was draining towards the house.  Once the problem areas were removed, a new retaining wall and raised 500 square foot paver patio was installed.  The paver patio was set to slope away from the house while the retaining wall was properly back filled with limestone and a drain line to allow this new wall to stand for many years to come.  This project took our team 2.5 weeks to complete with access for only a mini skid steer on a steep incline.
