The Newman Project

The Newman project started with an existing, elaborate front walkway that led to rock gardens and the front porch.  At the backside of the house there was an existing walkway and patio that surrounded the back deck.  Our job was to remove all the existing walkways and patio, then install a modern style raised walkways, patio, firepit with patio, raised rock gardens and strategically install Maples for shade and Spruces for a privacy screen.  The total project came out to approximately 1200 square feet of paver slabs installed of which most were within the raised walkways and patio.  Once everything was installed the property was graded to allow for proper water flow and drainage away from the house.  The whole project took 4 weeks for our team to complete with plenty of access for equipment.  Coming in the 2023 Season we will be adding a new driveway apron in front of the garage!
