The Markey Project

The Markey project started with a partially existing patio and a gazebo in the middle of construction by a local building contractor.  We installed a 500 square foot raised patio with a fire pit, pondless water feature and surrounding flower bed for annuals.  The pondless water feature not only adds a calming atmosphere to the space, but also blocks out noise from nearby traffic.  To make the space functional during the evening hours; undercap lights were installed within the wall and at each stairway.  Recessed lights were also installed around the fire pit and a color changing light illuminates the water feature.  This project took 3 weeks with tight access to the project area and working along side the building contractor for the gazebo.
